Is the size just not right or do you prefer a different color? No problem of course! Let's do it. You can exchange within 14 days after receipt of your order in the original packaging. If you write on the packing slip what you want to exchange, then everything will be fine. We appreciate it if you also send an email to info@wearewovens.nl. Then we can put the product you want to exchange back in stock for you!

CAN! Provided your product is unused, unwashed and undamaged and provided you return it to us in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Even if the dog ate the packing slip, your daughter built a hut with the sling that you were not allowed to demolish or Grandma Truus accidentally washed the bodywarmer during babysitting, the following applies: within 14 days, in its original condition 😊. If not, we will send it back to you with payment link for shipping costs.

If we receive your package outside the deadline, we are free not to accept your return. The same applies to washed or worn items, or items with labels removed.

If you return a part of your order that brings the purchase amount below €50, you still have to pay outward shipping costs within NL. Belgium an amount of €75 applies.

Agree? Then you can this form sign and enclose it. Unsigned forms will not be processed. If you don't have a printer or don't want to make a printout, because we think that's a waste of money for the environment, then you can also just use the packing slip - with that you agree to the return conditions.

If we were unsuccessful in delivering your package and it is at a package point, please let us know the same day! We do not receive "no-home bills" and therefore have no idea that a package is waiting for us. Consequence: that package lies rooted to the ground and after a week's stay at the pickup point it goes back to sender to you. You think HUH?! and rightly get cranky because now you have to send the package yet again and pay shipping costs yet again. Hassle, all of it. So give us a call and we'll sprint to the pickup point and all is good!

Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are at your expense. Please keep your tracking code safe, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

If you choose to send your package directly to a parcel point instead of to us, we will charge €7.50 for this.

You will be refunded within 14 business days after your return has been processed by us. The return amount will be credited to the original buyer's bank account. If you have paid via Klarna, you still need to register your return with Klarna. You will not receive a refund for return shipping costs of € 3.50.
